our warehouse in Auburn, WA. We
will email you a confirmation upon shipment.

All shipping is currently done through FedEx.
We cannot ship to a PO Box.

Return Policy
Bottled water is a food item, and may be returned for
EXCHANGE, only in case of product defects, within 14 days from the date shipped.

To return item(s) for EXCHANGE, first call us to
obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#):

Clearly print the RA# on the outside of the
package. We are unable to process exchanges without the return authorization
number.

Please retain your record of shipping, as we are not
responsible for item(s) lost or damaged in transit.
When an order is shipped to a customer and the package is
returned marked "refused", "return to sender" or "undeliverable" by the courier
after several delivery attempts or because of address error on the part of the
customer, the customer will be charged for the return shipping charges. If the
customer still requests the item to be shipped back to a correct address, then
the customer will be charged such additional shipping fees.
Gift certificate sales are final and cannot be returned.
